assistant de versement / catégories

Ogg and Ogv

In March/2012 I spent days trying to upload a video. It was converted using Handbrake from .avi to .ogg. The upload kept hanging with the spinner turning forever. See details at Help talk:Converting video March/2012. Commonist was mentioned and that failed as well. I think it was caused by the Matroska sound format. I then converted it with Super and it uploaded fine. Could the wizard be modified to send error messages to users to explain problems with uploads? Multiples échecs d'imports.

Bonjour, "l'assistant d'import" ne s'avérant pas opérant le 22.02.2013 vers 20h30 jusqu'à environ 22h, j'ai été tout heureux de trouver l'ancien formulaire (en anglais mais peut importe puisque quelques heures auparavant j'utilisais la version francaise...). The problem is that {{Trademarked}} is indeed not a copyright license, but a notice about a non-copyright restriction. For content to be hosted on Commons, it needs to be in the public domain (i.e. not protected by copyright) or published under a free copyright license approved by the copyright holder. Recently, I uploaded file mimeograph.jpeg to the common area. My intention is to share it with Wikipedia to help document the subject Mimeograph. It appears I have successfully uploaded the file.
