Greater Crimson Glider (Urothemis signata), Female. General colouration is rusty brown instead of bloodred. Eyes are brown above. Basal area of hind wing is dark reddish brown. Hind wing has three distinctive dark areas at the base. Abdomen is greenish-olivaceous and sometimes with black dorsal markings as in males. Taken at Kadavoor, Kerala, India
