Español: Una pirouette consiste en realizar un giro completo sobre una pierna de apoyo. En este caso se representa una pirouette en dedans que consiste en una rotación externa, de cadera y rodilla a 360º, es decir, girar hacia la pierna de apoyo.
En este video se describen los movimientos necesarios para realizarla: 1.Preparación en cuarta a pirueta 2. Pase al retire 3. Giro con la rodilla hacia afuera 4. Bajada por pasé a cuarta y recepción con plié 5. Cuarta posición de pies y primera posición de brazosEnglish: A pirouette consists of performing a complete turn on one supporting leg. In this case, a pirouette en dedans is represented that consists of an external rotation, hip and knee at 360º, that is to say, turning towards the supporting leg.
