Português: A Organização Mundial da Saúde (OMS), a Fundação das Nações Unidas e a Fundação Suíça de Filantropia lançaram um Fundo Solidário de Resposta para a COVID-19, a doença provocada pelo novo coronavírus.
O novo Fundo permite que empresas, organizações e pessoas de todo o mundo interessadas em ajudar na resposta à atual pandemia possam doar através do site: covid19responsefund.org. Todos os recursos arrecadados serão destinados ao Plano Estratégico da OMS de resposta ao vírus, financiando a compra de equipamentos de proteção a profissionais de saúde; equipando laboratórios de diagnósticos; e melhorando a vigilância e a coleta de dados, principalmente nos países mais vulneráveis e em risco. |
