Português: SINOPSE AULA 1 - A contabilidade Pública e o Sistema Audesp.

Nesta primeira aula, os alunos conhecem os motivos que levaram o Tribunal de Contas e o Governo do Estado a desenvolver este curso; ficam sabendo quais os temas das aulas, a metodologia aplicada, e como funciona a rede de interação nas videoconferências e o ambiente virtual onde encontrarão material para pesquisa.

Marcos Portella, Agente de Fiscalização do Tribunal de contas, destaca momentos importantes da evolução do registro contábil na história da humanidade e detalha os conceitos gerais da contabilidade, as características da contabilidade pública, a legislação específica e a forma com que esta legislação é contemplada no Projeto Audesp. Em uma entrevista coordenada pela assessora da Fundação Vanzolini Clair de Oliveira, o Coordenador Geral de contabilidade da União, Paulo Henrique Feijó explica o que vem sendo feito no Brasil e no mundo em relação à padronização na contabilidade pública. Em duas atividades, os alunos discutem conceitos básicos da contabilidade e as dificuldades que vêm encontrando para a adequação de suas práticas diárias ao sistema Audesp.
