If military marches aren't your cup of tea, try this bouncy number written by the very talented Carlotta Williamson of Boston, which is located in the state of Massachusetts. One of my favorite female composers, she wrote a number of scores and was an accomplished pianist. This is the sixth one I've featured and hope to present one or two more. Published by the Colonial Music Publishing Co. of Boston in 1909.

Score #200 in my current ongoing series "Women Ragtime Composers". I've been blown away by the awesome talents found during the compilation of this series, which feature chosen selections written by ragtime era women only. I don't know if there's enough material at the moment to make it to 300 scores, but there are still many more waiting to be presented. Entire series is posted on YouTube at this link: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCwk68P83iuhvxDlLI_-Yi4g/videos

Original score source was from the University of Maine at this link: https://digitalcommons.library.umaine.edu/mmb-ps/285/ This is a reproduction of the original score. Only change was to correct the first sharp at measure 24 from E to G.
