Leslie Jones (1886-1967) was a photographer in Boston, Massachusetts.

Copyright[edit]

All images published before 1929 are in the public domain because their copyright has expired. All images published or distributed between 1929 and 1963 are in the public domain because there was no renewal notice filed to retain copyrights. His collection is now archived at the Boston Public Library (BPL). The BPL writes: "Jones was a press photographer who worked for the Boston Herald-Traveler from 1917-1956. During his career, he saved many of his negatives, and by the time he died in 1967, he had kept a collection of nearly 40,000 negatives."
