British Museum of Natural History (BMNH), R.16336, the holotype of the albanerpetontid lissamphibian tetrapod species Anoualerpeton priscus GARDNER & al. 2003, an isolated “incomplete left premaxilla lacking dorsal end of pars dorsalis, lateral end of pars dentalis, and most of pars palatinum, with preserved tooth row containing nine broken tooth bases and empty tooth slots, one of which preserves an in situ replacement crown”, in lingual (left) und laterolingual (right) views, from the Middle Jurassic of the Oxford area, England; dpf = dorsal opening of palatal foramen, lf = lateral foramen, rc = replacement crown, sp = suprapalatal pit, vpf = ventral opening of palatal foramen, ?f = unknown foramen.
