Permission from the kids / their parents?[edit]

Hi @WAVRIK, without doubt, this is a great picture and congrats to second place in the Picture of the Year competition! I am just wondering what the background of this photo is, and whether there is permission from the kids and / or their parents? Did they knew they were photographed and did they consent that their pictures are pretty public now? I am not trying to stirr up a debate here, I am just curious.
