English: Sangkran Khmer, inscription in 10th century at Phimeanakas temple, talk a bout new year Mesha Sankran of April. the new year change of three calendar in Cambodia, Chol Sakarach, Maha Sakarach, and Buddha Sakarach, Sakarach of Cambodia mean the Saka Era.
