Description
Bahasa Indonesia: Sore kemarin saya nemenin anak-anak nonton [The Road to Eldorado](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Road_to_El_Dorado). Ini film animasi keluaran Dream Works.

Isinya tentang mitos yang berkembang di kawasan Amerika Selatan (Amerika Latin) mengenai sebuah kota yang hilang. Sebuah Kota Emas yang kondang dengan nama Eldorado atau El Dorado.

Terlepas dari benar atau tidak, keberadaan Eldorado memicu analogi saya tentang sains dan ilmu pengetahuan secara umum.

Ilmu akan tersisihkan, kemudian terlupakan, sampai kebumudian mungkin menjadi mitos, kalau tidak disebarkan (baca: diseminasi).

Kenapa saya pilih kata `diseminasi` bukan `publikasi’? Karena zaman sekarang, istilah ‘publikasi’ sempit maknanya. Yaitu beberapa lembar tulisan yang terbit di suatu media.

Sementara `diseminasi` menurut saya lebih luas daripada itu.
