Summary[edit]
DescriptionComet C2012 S1 (ISON) in the morning sky in the Netherlands.png |
English: The comet C/2012 S1 (ISON) in the (roughly eastern) morning sky for an observer in the Netherlands or Belgium, between August 2013 and March 2014. The position of the comet with respect to the background stars is correct at all times. The horizon, twilight and the positions of the planets are (roughly) valid only for 2 Dec 2013, 8:00 CET, the time indicated in the map. The comet tails are schematic and give a rough indication of the orientation of the actual tail, but not of its actual length or appearance. The yellow labels show the day of month for which a comet is drawn, red ones the first day of a month. Bron: http://hemel.waarnemen.com/kometen/2013-11__C-2012_S1_ISON.html |
