Oppose Sorry, this is certainly a nice photo of a portion of a rainbow, but given how picky many regulars here are regularly about composition, sharpness, brightness etc. of photos I wonder about this one. The chimney is ugly and ordinary, the whole roof very dark (out of focus, but that’s OK given that the rainbow is the subject) and the sky boring and dark. Given that rainbows are not infrequent I would think we would want a more interesting sky and, if there is a foreground, also a more interesting foreground for a FP. --Aristeas (talk) 17:55, 11 September 2023 (UTC)- Oppose per Aristeas, sorry. - Oppose The idea of "chimney rainbow" is interesting, but it's very clear from the image that the rainbow, larger at the bottom than at the top, starts from behind the roof. Making the illusion much less successful than in other situations.
